About Us… Strong as a Mother is a postpartum fitness class that focuses on engaging your baby (of all ages) through music and movement while allowing you to get a full body work out. Beyond that we are a community of mothers who just get it. Being a mother means being strong because, well, you have to be. Our 60 minute classes are open to all fitness levels after you’ve been cleared by your doctor or midwife for exercise. Once you’re hooked we’d love to have you stay into the toddler years.
