Strong as a Mother NJ’s final class will be 6/28/19. It has been a pleasure being on this journey with each and every one of you!

Please register for all classes by 8:30 am. Classes with no registrations by these deadlines will be cancelled.

As of 4/1/19 classes are held at Unami Park in Cranford, NJ (Meet at intersection of Fairfield & S Union). With rain and/or temps below 45 at class time we will move inside to Strength & Fitness 570 South Ave East in Cranford, NJ.

Don’t forget your water and a yoga mat or towel.
